{"id":10915,"date":"2021-08-17T15:38:54","date_gmt":"2021-08-17T15:38:54","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/recla.org\/?p=10915"},"modified":"2023-04-28T17:18:29","modified_gmt":"2023-04-28T17:18:29","slug":"transformacion-institucional-hacia-la-educacion-continua","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/recla.org\/en\/blog\/transformacion-institucional-hacia-la-educacion-continua\/","title":{"rendered":"Transformaci\u00f3n institucional hacia la educaci\u00f3n continua"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Encuentro Regional XI, cuya tem\u00e1tica fue el Aprendizaje \u00e1gil en <strong>Continuing education<\/strong> y corporativa, nos dej\u00f3 a todos propuestas interesantes que reestructuraron la manera como entendemos a nuestras instituciones de educaci\u00f3n, en su transformaci\u00f3n interna, como requisito indispensable para satisfacer la oferta de programas de <strong>Continuing education<\/strong> competitivos y alineados a la realidad del mercado. La intervenci\u00f3n de Marcela G\u00f3mez, invitada del evento, nos acerc\u00f3 al m\u00e9todo que utiliz\u00f3 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.javeriana.edu.co\/inicio\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pontifical Xavierian University<\/a>, para poder lograr este prop\u00f3sito.<\/p>\n<p>Luego de un trabajo de reestructuraci\u00f3n, que inici\u00f3 con el an\u00e1lisis juicioso de los antecedentes y la posterior comparativa de estos con la realidad del mercado, la universidad implement\u00f3 una propuesta de validaci\u00f3n de equipos de trabajo, en donde foment\u00f3 la gesti\u00f3n de cambio para el reconocimiento de nuevas competencias, en pro de tener un nuevo enfoque hacia las necesidades puntuales de la <strong>Continuing education<\/strong> y alinear \u00e9stas hacia el dinamismo, la agilidad, la flexibilidad y la innovaci\u00f3n, transformando el paradigma cl\u00e1sico del estudiante, para comenzar a entenderlo como el centro de la proyecci\u00f3n de todos los planes estructurales.<\/p>\n<p>La manera m\u00e1s eficiente que se encontr\u00f3 para este prop\u00f3sito, fue el trabajo a trav\u00e9s de l\u00edneas acad\u00e9micas: ejes conceptuales que sirven como marco de referencia para identificar proyectos, programas y procesos a ofrecer estrat\u00e9gicamente a las personas y empresas en torno a la soluci\u00f3n de sus necesidades y objetivos de formaci\u00f3n. Las facultades contin\u00faan su participaci\u00f3n constante en el desarrollo de la direcci\u00f3n de la <strong>Continuing education<\/strong>, pues son las que dan el soporte acad\u00e9mico para desarrollar los programas que se ofrecen. Estas decisiones se toman gracias a un an\u00e1lisis del mercado que permite equilibrar la oferta y la demanda de los cursos. Esta primera gesti\u00f3n, posteriormente, pasa a ser administrada por las \u00e1reas de gesti\u00f3n de la <strong>Continuing education<\/strong>, que, a trav\u00e9s de la oferta presencial o virtual desde el laboratorio acad\u00e9mico, establece la oferta acad\u00e9mica de la <strong>Continuing education<\/strong>, que se divide por l\u00edneas acad\u00e9micas, niveles, p\u00fablico, tipo de acompa\u00f1amiento y por competencias.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto, conformado por una coordinaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica, la direcci\u00f3n, la secretar\u00eda t\u00e9cnica, el asesor, el soporte administrativo y legal, se construye en pro del fortalecimiento de competencias y habilidades, sobre todo las habilidades blandas, y estos se organizan en rutas de aprendizaje, en donde se gu\u00eda al estudiante desde las primeras etapas del proceso educativo, pincelando sus preferencias a trav\u00e9s de oportunidades acad\u00e9micas, fomentadas desde el espacio herm\u00e9tico que crea toda la plataforma educativa, para perfilarlo en competencias, lograr los resultados de aprendizaje esperados (articulando la necesidad de formaci\u00f3n en los pregrados, posgrados o extensi\u00f3n), otorgando reconocimientos que resaltan sus hitos y permitiendo un proceso que finalice con un nuevo perfil, encaminado hacia empleabilidad creativa, la creaci\u00f3n de empresas, <a href=\"https:\/\/recla.org\/en\/noticias\/alianzas-clave-para-la-formacion-continua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">el liderazgo de equipos<\/a>, el desarrollo de productos y servicios y la proyecci\u00f3n innovadora y responsable.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Por:<\/strong><br \/>\nComunicaciones &#8211;
