Colombia, por ejemplo, lleva d\u00e9cadas liderando la educaci\u00f3n virtual en la regi\u00f3n y ahora est\u00e1 llevando su experiencia a otros pa\u00edses como M\u00e9xico y Per\u00fa.<\/p>\n<p>La transformaci\u00f3n digital se ha convertido en una prioridad, ya no para responder a la educaci\u00f3n de emergencia, sino para dise\u00f1ar las experiencias de aprendizaje que demanda la pospandemia, al menos para las instituciones que seriamente <a href=\"https:\/\/recla.org\/en\/noticias\/cuales-son-las-ventajas-de-la-educacion-continua\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"dofollow noopener\">buscan mantenerse competitivas con su oferta educativa<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Los estudiantes de educaci\u00f3n superior est\u00e1n buscando flexibilidad y diferentes opciones de programas educativos. Esto implica programas m\u00e1s cortos, personalizados y que incluyan <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instructure.com\/es\/canvas\/resources\/aprendizaje-personalizado\/aprendizaje-movil-applicaciones-nativas-canvas-lms\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">movilidad<\/a> y educaci\u00f3n en l\u00ednea. As\u00ed, las universidades pueden ofrecer lo que realmente est\u00e1 buscando el estudiante de hoy y expandir o crear su oferta de cursos en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n<p>Con los datos que suministra la plataforma de aprendizaje de Instructure, a trav\u00e9s de herramientas como Canvas LMS o Impact (plataforma de anal\u00edticas de adopci\u00f3n de tecnolog\u00eda) los docentes pueden conocer lo que pasa con el estudiante en cada parte del proceso educativo y las universidades pueden medir el \u00e9xito de su inversi\u00f3n en tecnolog\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"La_transformacion_digital_vs_el_pensamiento_digital\"><\/span>La transformaci\u00f3n digital vs el pensamiento digital<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>El reconocido psic\u00f3logo organizacional, Adam Grant, y uno de mis autores favoritos, en su libro \u00abThink Again\u201d, hace una invitaci\u00f3n a re-pensar las cosas que damos por sentado. Para lograr la transformaci\u00f3n digital es necesario romper los paradigmas.<\/p>\n<p>Es importante pensar diferente sobre c\u00f3mo acceder a la educaci\u00f3n, c\u00f3mo convertir las tecnolog\u00edas aisladas en la universidad en ecosistemas digitales, y c\u00f3mo lograr la adopci\u00f3n cultural del nuevo modelo de educaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cLa transformaci\u00f3n digital no se trata de adoptar tecnolog\u00eda, sino de crear un pensamiento digital que permita transformar la cultura, los productos y servicios de las instituciones y su sostenibilidad en el tiempo\u201d, afirma \u00c1lvaro Lozano, Director de la OPM (Online Program Management, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) Higher Ed Partners para Latinoam\u00e9rica.<\/p>\n<p>Con un pensamiento digital, las instituciones de educaci\u00f3n superior logran adoptar el LMS no c\u00f3mo una tecnolog\u00eda educativa m\u00e1s, sino como un socio estrat\u00e9gico para soportar su ecosistema tecnol\u00f3gico y apoyar su misi\u00f3n y visi\u00f3n pedag\u00f3gica.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/in\/zyanyabejarano\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/recla.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/08\/linkedin.png\" width=\"18\" height=\"18\" \/> Zyanya Bejarano<\/a><br \/>\n<em>Vicepresidenta para Latinoam\u00e9rica de Instructure<\/em><br \/>\nInstructure<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>No es nuevo, pero ha tomado mayor importancia debido a la pandemia.<\/p>","protected":false},"author":2418,"featured_media":13190,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_joinchat":[],"footnotes":""},"categories":[111,210],"tags":[268],"class_list":["post-13189","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-blog","category-buenas-practicas-en-educacion-continua","tag-buenas-practicas-en-educacion-continua"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Transformaci\u00f3n Digital y el papel del LMS &#8211;
