En nuestro \u00faltimo webinario, llevado a cabo el mi\u00e9rcoles 18 de junio, dos universidades mexicanas exploraron las dos caras de la habilitaci\u00f3n digital en la educaci\u00f3n continua a trav\u00e9s de experiencias de gesti\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica.<\/p>\n<p>Dimos inicio a este gran evento con una valiosa introducci\u00f3n al mundo de la habilitaci\u00f3n digital. Flavio Ausejo Castillo, director de la Direcci\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n Continua de la Pontificia Universidad Cat\u00f3lica del Per\u00fa, explic\u00f3 qu\u00e9 significa hablar de \u201chabilitaci\u00f3n digital\u201d, tanto en el fondo, como modelo educativo y enfoque social, como en la forma, es decir, en relaci\u00f3n con la tecnolog\u00eda y las plataformas.<\/p>\n<p><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34108\" src=\"https:\/\/recla.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/foto_1_ARTICULO-WEBINAR-_18jun-300x129.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"715\" height=\"308\" srcset=\"https:\/\/recla.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/foto_1_ARTICULO-WEBINAR-_18jun-300x129.png 300w, https:\/\/recla.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/foto_1_ARTICULO-WEBINAR-_18jun-768x331.png 768w, https:\/\/recla.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/06\/foto_1_ARTICULO-WEBINAR-_18jun.png 932w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 715px) 100vw, 715px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>De igual forma, Claudia Segura Fonseca, jefa del Departamento de Educaci\u00f3n Continua de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de M\u00e9xico, comparti\u00f3 por qu\u00e9 <strong>\u201cLa educaci\u00f3n continua es una puerta abierta para el Lifelong Learning\u201d<\/strong> y c\u00f3mo esto se transforma en algo tan importante como crear y construir con sentido social.<\/p>\n<p>Ambos ponentes destacaron que<strong> \u201ctodo lo que se puede medir, se podr\u00e1 mejorar\u201d<\/strong> y presentaron c\u00f3mo, en 2025, se implement\u00f3 el primer MOOC en Soft Skills con IAGen en la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<h4>\u00a0\u201cAl hacer accesible el aprendizaje a lo largo de la vida, estamos empoderando a individuos de todas las edades y trasfondos. Esto genera un efecto multiplicador, fortaleciendo el tejido social, fomentando la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana y promoviendo una cultura colectiva de bienestar\u201d.<\/h4>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><img sizes=\"(max-width: 715px) 100vw, 715px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>A su vez, Lucia Brice\u00f1o Tamayo, responsable de la Red de Educaci\u00f3n Continua de la Universidad Aut\u00f3noma del Estado de M\u00e9xico, abord\u00f3 detalladamente los pilares de esta nueva implementaci\u00f3n, los cuales incluyen: <strong>El an\u00e1lisis y reflexi\u00f3n de habilidades blandas, el fomento de autoestima, la resiliencia y adaptaci\u00f3n al cambio y la negociaci\u00f3n para el fomento de una cultura de paz.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Para cerrar esta hora de reflexiones y compromiso social en torno a la educaci\u00f3n continua, <strong>Israel Mart\u00ednez Fr\u00edas<\/strong>, jefe de producto de la L\u00ednea de Experiencia de Aprendizaje en el Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey, abord\u00f3 un tema fundamental: <strong>\u00bfc\u00f3mo migrar un LMS sin perder la continuidad acad\u00e9mica?<\/strong> A trav\u00e9s de preguntas y explicaciones detalladas, ilustr\u00f3 el proceso de migraci\u00f3n, c\u00f3mo llevarlo a cabo de manera efectiva y cu\u00e1les son los pasos clave para afrontar este reto con \u00e9xito.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-34106\"
