Faced with technological disruption, our commitment is to break with rigid paradigms and support people in enhancing their human capabilities, remaining relevant, curious, and ready to make an impact at any point in their lives,\u201d <b>said Constanza Diedrich, president of RECLA.<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The meeting will be structured over three consecutive days, each hosted by one of the host universities:<\/p>\n<p><b>Monday, November 2 (Tecnol\u00f3gico de Monterrey, Santa Fe Campus):<\/b> Formal opening focused on the convergence of technology, industry, and employability. Highlights include the collaborative panel \u201cThree Cases, One Conversation\u201d with the co-host institutions, the analysis of the multi-sectoral impact of AI presented by Rafael S\u00e1nchez, and the business networking panel comprised of executives from Boston Scientific, Hubbell, and Index Nuevo Le\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><b>Tuesday, November 3 (An\u00e1huac University of Mexico):<\/b> Focus on organizational transformation and governance. The debate will open with the panel \u201cIs the university prepared to accompany us throughout our lives?\u201d, complemented by presentations from Jorge Alberto Hidalgo Toledo and Jos\u00e9 Luis Alonso on leadership and human connection in automated environments. The afternoon will feature parallel sessions showcasing success stories in analytics, sustainability, educational management, and microcredentials.<\/p>\n<p><b>Wednesday, November 4 (Ibero-American University of Mexico City):<\/b> A day dedicated to equity and practical implementation. It will begin with a presentation by Rosa Wolpert on learning as a universal right, followed by the official <b>RECLA 2026 Awards<\/b>ceremony , which recognizes innovation and social impact in the region. Presentations by Luis Medina Gual and Carolina Gonz\u00e1lez Tabares will frame a series of practical workshops on educational marketing, instructional design, and employability before the official
