The 2024 International Meeting entitled The agile and transformative leadership of continuing education in the new environments of change, designed in face-to-face mode and to be held in Lima, Peru, is organized by two educational institutions the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and the Ricardo Palma University which collaborate with commitment and determination to host the event.

RECLA provides a space for learning about Continuing Education that is worth attending. It also allows to build very important networks for the institutions that contribute to the construction of community projects.
It is a very useful event to know what is happening in the network. Likewise, it works to generate cooperation networks or to understand previous successful or unsuccessful experiences that give us useful information for our day to day in Continuing Education.
The quality of the speakers and the dynamics have delighted me, the only thing I think how to improve is that when presenting the cases of each univ not put so many statistics if it is not compared with a context because otherwise that data is not relevant.
In the field of Continuing Education this network is relevant and pertinent to generate networks and share best practices at a global level to generate insights for decision makers to innovate and change paradigms.
A very powerful space to meet and share experiences and create inter-university links. And the excellent organization, very coordinated everything, the brunch spaces were very powerful for the exchange EXCELLENT.
Extremely useful topics and information are provided, and very good networking for our universities.

The organizers of the RECLA International Meeting invite experts (academics and practitioners) in continuing education to share their knowledge, ideas and experiences with the event's audience. We are looking for case studies that focus on practical experiences.
Timeline:
- The call will be open from April 5 through June 10, 2024.
- The results will be published on July 10, 2024 via e-mail.
