We are a non-profit organization, legally incorporated in 1997.

Our administrative and operational headquarters are located in Bogotá, Colombia.

RECLA ccontributes by facilitating networking and internationalization, sharing experiences and best practices, and providing access to new knowledge, all of that within a framework of coexistence of people and institutions that ensure powerful long-term links.

Our objectives:

  • Promote the development of continuing education.
  • Integrate higher education institutions.
  • Create a forum for discussing educational issues.
  • Establish lasting relationships between continuing education centers and international networks.
