Program Description:
Negotiating today requires much more than data or logic. It involves activating multiple forms of intelligence: emotional, interpersonal, linguistic, strategic, and even bodily.
Curriculum/Contents:
Critical and up-to-date readings on classic and contemporary models.
Real-world case studies, situational analysis, and role-playing.
Practical tools for negotiating in face-to-face, hybrid, and remote environments.
Techniques for intelligent communication, emotional intelligence, value proposition design, and the management of power, information, and time.
A review of the cultural narratives that shape our negotiation decisions.
To whom it is addressed:
Leaders and professionals who negotiate in complex environments involving multiple interests, high uncertainty, and long-term relationships. It is especially geared toward those who make strategic decisions, manage teams, coordinate departments, develop businesses, or mediate between parties with differing perspectives. It is also valuable for consultants, facilitators, human resources professionals, and those in the public or social sectors who need to build consensus, manage tensions, and design sustainable agreements in challenging contexts.
