Program Description:
The program is structured into six thematic blocks (Model 6B), inspired by the conceptual framework of Jon Boudreau and Ram Charan. Its purpose is to transform talent management into a strategic, results-oriented business function, moving beyond the traditional administrative approach to Human Resources.

MODULE 2: Competitive Strategy and Human Capital (B1: Before)
MODULE 3: Pivot Positions and Strategic Competencies (B2: Beyond)
MODULE 4: The 6 Talent Management Strategies (Build, Buy, Borrow, Bounce, Bind, Bot)
MODULE 5: Change Management and Strategic Talent Metrics
MODULE 6: Integration and Final Presentations.
To whom it is addressed:
Managers or directors from different business areas, human capital professionals or consultants, general managers of SMEs or companies. Minimum of 3 years of work experience in people management, human resources, team leadership, or general administration positions.
