Return policy

The enrolled participant may request RECLA to refund 80% of the money if he/she has not completed 15% of the academic program and demonstrates that the reason for withdrawal is due to major circumstances that force him/her to leave the program.

The participant must assume the bank or financial costs of the refund transaction.
