What we learned from RECLA's participation in the VII International Forum on Educational Innovation.
On July 8th and 9th, the VII International Forum on Educational Innovation (FIIE) 2026 took place at Fexpocruz, a joint initiative with the Franz Tamayo University – UNIFRANZ.
The event offered exceptional conferences, expert panels, workshops, and networking opportunities with the participation of representatives from international organizations, governments, universities, and businesses.
The rector of UNIFRANZ, Verónica Agreda de Pazos, highlighted that the alliance with RECLA was a determining factor in expanding the scope of the forum and strengthening a shared agenda on educational innovation, international cooperation, employability and lifelong learning.
One of the biggest takeaways from FIIE 2026 was that it was more than just a conference; it was the realization that the challenges universities face can no longer be addressed through isolated efforts.
Educational transformation demands cooperation, networks, shared experiences, and knowledge building among institutions.
